Overview
Indoor air is consistently 2-5× more polluted than outdoor air per EPA research. The good news: the fixes that actually move the needle are surprisingly affordable if you skip the gimmicks. The bad news: a lot of what's sold as 'air purification' is cosmetic equipment that doesn't change measured PM2.5 at all. We test before and after every install so you see the actual delta.
What we do
MERV-13 media cabinet
Captures 85%+ of particles at 0.3-1μm — viruses, bacteria, smoke, pollen. Not every blower handles the restriction; we verify static pressure first.
Whole-home humidifier
Steam or bypass. Winter RH 40-50% kills airborne viruses, prevents dry-skin, stops static. Installs in the return-air plenum.
Whole-home dehumidifier
Summer RH control when AC alone can't keep up. Critical for coastal and humid climates.
UV-C at the coil + bipolar ionization
UV-C kills mold biofilm on the evaporator. Bipolar ionization neutralizes VOCs throughout the home.
How it works

- 03 Installation (usually 1 day)
- 04 Post-install test 6 weeks later to confirm improvement
