Is this really free? What's the catch?
No catch. We do this because (a) most homeowners haven't had their HVAC checked in years and find a real issue worth fixing, and (b) when we DO find something, you've already met the tech who'll do the work. Roughly 1 in 3 free inspections turn into a paying job. We're playing the long game.
How long does the inspection take?
30 minutes for a single-system home, 45 minutes if you have a heat pump or two units. We'll text when we're 30 min out, so you don't waste your day waiting around.
What if you find something wrong?
You get a written quote with photos. Take it to other contractors for comparison if you want — we'll tell you that ourselves. There's zero pressure to use us. Most repair quotes are good for 30 days.
What areas do you serve?

What if I'm not home or my schedule changes?
Reschedule by text or phone — we'll never charge you a fee. We just ask for 24 hours notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another homeowner who's waiting.
Do I need to be there during the inspection?
Yes — we need access to both the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, plus a few minutes to walk through the findings with you. You can also delegate to a spouse, tenant, or property manager.
