Carrier Infinity 25VNA4 2-stage heat pump + matching Greenspeed air handler. Sealed y resized return ductwork. Pulled permit + HERS testing. Registered federal 25C tax credit ($2,000) + SCE rebate ($1,500).

Outcome

61% lower monthly heating cost vs prior gas system. Measured indoor humidity reduced de 58% to 45%. $3,500 combined incentive captured at install.
